I made corn dog pop's again last night and of course they were a hit with the kids. I made 47 totals this time. I also thinned out my batter a but so that it was a little easier to move. I did make a huge mess this time but I did figure something out. If I leave one well open while cooking a batch when it it time to turn them it was easier. I could just start by flipping one over in to the empty well and follow in suit with the rest. I think that will be my trick to cooking both sides.
The corn dogs turned out much better this time.
I am also experimenting with freezing some. I put 6 per bag freezing 12 total for weekend snack or meal for my kiddo's. if this works I think I will make up a batch one day and freeze them all. I am sure it will but wanted to test it first.
