I have been so exhausted from work! I'm not even sure if I am coming or going. I work a 40 hr a week job. I am hoping I am brave enogh to wear my menstral cup to work this round. I started on Saturday after work. I picked up some OT this week.  Lots of OT!

Anyways---day 1 got home started insertion went fine I am still opting to use the Lena Large. Mostly because of my flow and I also fill like I just didn't have inserting figured out last month! The rest of my day went fine.

Day 2 --- no issues again.

Day 3--- back to work we go an I get scared!!! I think I was in panic mode for a little bit. I had try in put it in 3 diffrent times at least. But I opted to still wear the menstral cup to work cause I gotta change this habit. I get to work around 4 and desided I needed to empty at 9. My period wasn't very heavy so I didn't empty my menstral cup the rest of the work day till after I got home. My flow was not heavy this time so it wasn't to bad and worked out fine. I do have to say I was more comfortable than I had been in a long time at work on my period.

Day 4--- so far so good! No issues at all. The day went smoothly. My period has lighted up so I can say emptying wasn't a big deal today. I think my period seems to be shorting up with the change to the menstral cup. Which is great cause it was so eregular towards the end and would seem like I spotted for days after what I should have been done.

I think you defently have to be patient with this and not think this is going to be a walk in the park. If you don't at first figure out the correct placement that can make it more difficult to use. I think I just panicked last Month. Going green for this cause is liberating for my self. No chemical filled tampons. Now just to be brave enough when we are on vacation this summer to not laps back to tampons. I will defently post about that trip if I start while on vacation. Which I should according to my calander. We will be riding motor cycles in South Dakota. So I am mentally trying to prepare for that.
